PrestaShop is popular across Europe. These are the settings that most often cause Merchant Center problems on PrestaShop stores.
Store contact details
In Shop Parameters › Contact › Stores (and the contact details of your shop) enter your business name, address, email and phone. Check that your theme footer shows the same details.
Policy pages
Edit or create CMS pages under Design › Pages for terms, returns, shipping (delivery) and privacy. Default PrestaShop pages contain sample text — rewrite them with your real rules, then link them in the footer.
Prices and tax
European stores usually show prices including VAT. Make sure your Google module or feed submits the same tax-inclusive price shoppers see.
Product data
Use the official Google module or a reputable feed module, map brand, GTIN (EAN-13) and condition correctly, and keep stock in sync.
Frequently asked questions
My PrestaShop policies are the default ones — is that a problem?
Yes. Default pages contain generic sample text that does not describe your business. Rewrite them before requesting a review.
