BigCommerce has a built-in Google channel, but approval still depends on your store’s content and settings. Work through these points first.
Store profile
Go to Settings › Store profile and enter your store name, address, phone and email exactly as you want shoppers to see them.
Policy pages
Create returns, shipping, privacy and terms pages under Storefront › Web pages and make sure they are linked in your footer navigation.
Prices, currency and tax
Check your default currency and whether prices are displayed including or excluding tax for the country you target, and that your Google channel submits the same values.
Structured data and apps
Your theme and SEO apps may each add Product markup. View a product page’s source and keep one accurate block with the right price and currency.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Google channel guarantee approval?
No. It sends your product data; Google still reviews your website, policies and data quality.
